licensed in 44) will gather the important clinical information and perform a

“virtual” Orthopedic exam and can direct your injured worker to the

appropriate type of facility and make recommendations regarding return to

work date and restrictions.

In some instances, we can make the diagnosis during the visit and make the

appropriate treatment recommendation, saving your injured worker from an

unnecessary visit to the ER.

Who are we?

Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeons specially trained and experienced in

managing Workers’ Compensation injuries both as clinicians and Peer

Reviewers.

Sean Lager, M.D., founder and CEO, has performed over 50,000 Independent

Medical Exams and has been deposed as an Orthopedic expert over 5,000

times.

He has served as head team physician for several colleges and high schools

and has routinely taken ER Call at several hospitals including Trauma Centers.

He has treated injured workers from large international companies such as

Whole Foods and Hyatt and has assisted them returning to work, formulating

treatment plans and specialized work restrictions when appropriate.
